Hi, I’m Leesa, the visionary and founder behind Human Art, an Australian coaching and consulting venture known and celebrated for its cultural and neuro-inclusive approach.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve dedicated myself to equipping individuals, leaders and organisations with the skills, support, and confidence to thrive in uncertain times.

Uncertainty fuels fear. Uncertainty fuels fear-based work cultures and is strongly correlated with burnout and ill health. We have a burning platform and opportunity all at the same time - this is a wicked problem. And, oh how I love wicked problems!

I have learned that uncertainty in and of itself is actually not the problem. It is fear that we need to control and master. The fear that we are not good enough, that we won’t be accepted, and that we might fail or even worse.

As a neurodivergent individual, I see and experience the world a little differently than most. Despite the many challenges I have faced and thankfully overcome, my focus has always been to bring the best of art and science to the fore in whatever I do. To challenge the status quo. To bring fresh and unique perspectives to the way we do life, the way we do work, and the way we lead others.

I believe that humans are constantly evolving and should regularly take time to examine the underpinnings of our choices. As our context changes, we need to adapt and change how we think and show up in life (and work), and that’s ok. Minus the fear, of course!

I am a lifelong learner and have always made time to research, question, experiment, and step into the unknown - this is my happy place. I have purposely surrounded myself with the best minds, trusted sages, mentors, coaches and educators. I seek to apply a whole-brain, whole-person approach to my work. It’s what lights me up. It’s where I achieve the biggest breakthroughs, and my clients find the greatest value in working with me.

I am serious about fun. I am serious about igniting curious minds and helping people re-discover their creative spirit. This is how we learn and make sense of uncertainty. How we learn to navigate complexity. This is how we make better decisions, and become better humans. This is how we learn to enjoy our work more. This is how we overcome fear. Are you with me?
